The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computers, be confident in handling customer interactions, and be capable of converting inquiries into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services effectively. • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations. • Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships. • Maintain CRM records. • Work with internal teams for a seamless customer experience. • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Required Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong confidence and convincing ability. • Basic to intermediate computer knowledge. • Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
