IT Hardware Channel Sales Manager Location: DelhiIndustry: IT Hardware Distribution & Sales About the Company We are a leading distributor of IT hardware products, offering a comprehensive portfolio that includes laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, printers, and related accessories. We cater to a strong network of channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across North India. Position Overview The IT Hardware Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners in the Delhi NCR region. The role involves managing and expanding the reseller network, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's IT hardware product range. Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach. Ensure channel partners are informed and trained on product offerings and promotions. Sales & Business Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, and printers. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration. Generate sales orders and follow up on timely payment collection. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Gather market feedback and provide insights to the management team. Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the IT hardware market. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Address partner queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Conduct regular partner visits and reviews. Operational Coordination Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory updates, logistics, and after-sales support. Ensure smooth execution of sales operations from lead generation to delivery. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. 2–6 years of experience in IT hardware sales, channel sales, or distribution (preferred). Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of IT hardware products laptops, desktops, monitors, tablets, and printers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel relationships. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
