Reporting To: CEO & Co-Founder
Location: Noida / Delhi NCR
Type: Full-Time | Leadership Track Role
About Elcom Digital
Elcom Digital is a multi-vertical technology company at an exciting inflection point —
scaling across enterprise distribution, cybersecurity (NoSky Technologies), AI-led
products, and digital consulting. We're not just building a company; we're building an
institution. Backed by years of execution and a bold vision for the next decade, this is a
rare opportunity to be inside the room where strategy meets reality.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical PMO role. As our Project Management Officer in the Founder's
Office, you will sit at the center of the organization — with direct access to the CEO,
business unit leaders, and key strategic initiatives across the company.
If you're an MBA graduate who wants to understand how a real business is run from the
inside, make your mark early, and grow into a strategic leadership role — this is your
launchpad.
Think of this as your Chief of Staff apprenticeship, starting with operational
excellence.
What You'll Own
● Full organizational visibility — track every active project, initiative, and
commitment across business units (product, tech, sales, HR, consulting,
cybersecurity)
● Weekly CEO briefing — own the Friday consolidated status report that gives
leadership a clean, unfiltered view of where things stand
● Accountability infrastructure — build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and
follow-up systems that ensure no milestone or action item is ever dropped
● Meeting intelligence — capture key decisions, action items, and commitments
from leadership meetings and drive closure on them
● Escalation radar — proactively surface risks, bottlenecks, and delays to the CEO
before they become problems
● Process design — create and evolve the tracking rituals, reporting formats, and
operating cadences as the org scales

Who We're Looking For
Must Have:
● MBA from a reputed institution (fresher or up to 2 years post-MBA experience)
● Strong analytical thinking and structured communication skills
● High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and presentation tools
● Natural ability to organize ambiguity into clear, actionable frameworks
● Backbone to follow up with and hold senior stakeholders accountable —
diplomatically but firmly
Good to Have:
● Exposure to consulting, strategy, or operations roles (internship or full-time)
● PMP, CAPM, or any project management certification
● Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
● Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
You Are:
● Someone who gets energy from making things happen, not just talking about
them
● Obsessive about follow-through — you close loops
● Comfortable operating with senior leaders and holding your ground
● Curious about business strategy, not just process management
● Looking for depth over designation in your early career
Growth Path
This role is explicitly designed as a leadership pipeline position. High performers will
naturally evolve into:
● Chief of Staff to the CEO
● Strategy & Operations Lead for a business vertical
● Business Unit Head as the company scales
What You'll Get
● Direct mentorship from the CEO and company leadership on strategy,
operations, and organizational design
● Unfiltered exposure to how a multi-crore, multi-vertical tech business is built
and run
● A seat at the table during key leadership reviews, planning cycles, and
company-wide initiatives
