# Software Engineer — Backend / Full Stack **Experience:** 0–2 Years **Location:** New Delhi / Noida **Employment Type:** Full-time ### About the Role We are looking for a motivated **Software Engineer** to join our engineering team. Freshers and candidates with **1–2 years of experience** are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software development fundamentals, **REST APIs, MySQL databases, and AI fundamentals**. Candidates with experience in **Python or MERN stack** will be preferred. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and backend services. * Build and integrate **RESTful APIs**. * Work with **MySQL** for database design, queries, and data management. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. * Debug issues and troubleshoot application problems. * Work closely with senior developers, product managers, and other team members. * Understand and implement basic **AI/GenAI concepts and integrations** where required. * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. * Learn and adopt new technologies based on project requirements. ### Required Skills * Good understanding of **programming fundamentals and OOP**. * Knowledge of **REST APIs and HTTP concepts**. * Working knowledge of **MySQL / relational databases**. * Familiarity with **Git and version control**. * Basic understanding of **AI/ML or Generative AI fundamentals**. * Good problem-solving and debugging skills. * Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. ### Preferred Skills Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: * **Python** — FastAPI / Django * **MERN Stack** — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js * JavaScript / TypeScript * Cloud platforms such as AWS * Docker * AI/GenAI APIs and LLM-based applications ### Who Can Apply? * **Freshers with good programming fundamentals** are encouraged to apply. * Candidates with **1–2 years of software development experience**. * Candidates who have built academic, personal, freelance, or open-source projects are welcome. ### What We’re Looking For * Strong willingness to learn and grow. * Good analytical and problem-solving ability. * Ability to understand requirements and convert them into working solutions. * Good communication and collaboration skills. * Passion for building reliable and scalable software. **If you are a fresher or early-career developer looking to build strong hands-on experience across backend, full-stack, cloud, and AI technologies, we would love to hear from you.**
